Youth Advocate Programmes (YAP) Ireland provides unique intensive
support programmes, using a strength based, wraparound approach
employing community-based advocates leading to positive outcomes for
young people and families.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation making
a huge difference to the lives of children, young people and families
at a senior management level.
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of
high-quality services to young people and families, staff management,
budget management, training and development, quality assurance,
service development, liaison with funders and membership of the Senior
Management Team.
